Protein Pancake Recipe:
4 egg whites
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup steal cut oats
Dash of cinnamon
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/4 tsp banana extract
1 heaping tbsp of pumpkin puree
1 packet of organic stevia (optional)
Add water to mixture and blend in a blender. Spray a pan with Pam and poor the batter in. Place berries on top of pancake (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries). Flip when sides are expanded. Once finished top with sugar free pancake syrup (Walden Farms or Ali's Natural).
